Car Builders Header Wrap works to keep internal heat in the header pipes and reduce heat radiating through. This will protect vital engine bay components and help to reduce the radiant heat from entering the interior of the vehicle. Additionally, by retaining exhaust heat in the pipes the velocity of the internal gas is maintained creating greater exhaust pressure and flow.
Black Titanium Header Wrap is constructed from pulverized lava rock, extruded into fibres and then woven into the tightest of weaves. This fibre is then dyed black offering a unique appearance and superior performance compared to fibreglass wraps. Black titanium exhaust wrap is our premium thermal wrap, superior to other materials. It is stronger, more pliable and offers the highest protection in this product range. Capable of withstanding 1200°C continuous this is the only header wrap suitable for turbo engines.
- You do not need to wet this when applying – whilst it is a fibre, it is not fibreglass
- All header wrap rolls include 6 x stainless cable ties ready for installation
- Upon first start up after applying the wrap, it is common for the header wrap to smoke as the wrap settles into position and any contaminants are burnt off
NOTE: Black titanium wrap is recommended for turbo setups due to the extreme temperature exposure.

How much do I need?
For a typical 4 into 1 header from the manifold down to the collector we recommend:
1 x 25mm width roll for the primary pipes
1 x 50mm width roll for the secondary pipes to the collector
Installation tips:
– Wear protective eyewear, a dust mask, and gloves.
– Clean the exhaust pipes thoroughly to remove dust, oils and grease before applying the wrap
– Leave the sewn edge exposed and overlap the adjacent edge.
– Aim for a minimum of 25% overlap
– A hose clamp can be used to maintain tension and allow for pausing during the installation
– Aim for the tightest wrap with the maximum tension possible
– When finishing the wrap, neatly cut the end and fold it back on itself before securing in place with Click Ties. Concealing cut ends will create a neater finish and prevent fraying

يتم توصيل الطلبات المحلية في دولة الكويت خلال يوم إلى يومين عمل و الطلبات الخارجية تستغرق خمسة الى اربعة عشر يوم حسب الدولة.
تكلفة توصيل الطلبات المحلية ۲ دينار كويتي لكل المناطق عدا الجزر و المناطق البرية.
تكلفة الشحن للطلبات الدولية تعتمد على حسب الدولة و وزن و أبعاد المنتجات المطلوبة و سوف يتم التواصل مع العميل بعد إتمام عملية الطلب لإبلاغه بالتكلفة.
يمكن للعميل إسترجاع البضاعة او تبديلها او استرجاع مبلغ البضاعة بالكامل (ما عدا رسوم التوصيل) خلال 14 يوم.
من تاريخ الشراء طالما لم يتم فتح او تخريب المنتج و بشرط ان يكون المنتج بوضعه الجديد و قابل لإعادة البيع.
جميع البضاعة التي يتم توصيلها الى العملاء جديدة و في حالتها الاصلية (ما عدا منتجات قسم العلبة المفتوحة) و في حال وصولها بغير هذه الحالة يجب للعميل رفض استلامها.

جميع المنتجات مكفولة من الوكيل المحلي و في حال وجود اي خلل او عطل مصنعي يتوجب التوجه للوكيل المحلي مباشرة.
يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط المذكورة عند استلام الفاتورة.
Delivery within the state of Kuwait usually takes 1 to 2 working days and international delivery takes upwards of 5 to 14 days.
Local delivery charges are 2 KWD for all urban areas including chalets & farms.
International delivery charges are linked to the weight & dimensions of the products ordered and will be calculated after the order has been submitted.
Orders will only be confirmed after all the order's product have confirmed their availability.
Due to any error in the availability or the irregular condition of the product, the customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
Returns and refunds are possible (Except delivery charges) within 14 days of the purchase date if the product has not been damaged or opened and is in it's original condition.
All products delivered to customers are in their original sealed conditions (Except products sold on the B-STOCK collection)
Customers have to refuse any product delivered by the courier incase the product's are not in their original sealed conditions.
B-stock items are non refundable since they are not sold as new.
All products are under local distributor warranty policy, if it has a manufacture defect or failure. Please contact the dealer directly.
The Customer agrees on all the mentioned policies upon receiving the order.
