DRD DRAG SYSTEM
The incredibly durable DRD Drag System is used for size 18000 and larger.
Drags that use carbon discs are very durable, but DRD takes it to another level with a new drag mechanism that targets larger fish. Equipped with eight metal reels on a single metal plate, DRD controls the loss of pulling force caused by friction heat. It is smooth under pressure and is 5x more durable.
The ATD Tough Drag delivers exceptional tensile strength and smoothness. The large Carbon-Drag-Stack offers anglers ultimate performance and reliability.
Up to size 14000, the ATD Carbon-Wires from Daiwa are used for reliable and smooth drag control.
