طريقة الاستخدام
1. اشحن الجهاز بالكامل لمدة ساعتين قبل أول استخدام.
2. وصّل أنبوب السيليكون بالجهاز.
3. ثبّت مثبت السيليكون على فتحة عبوة الماء، ثم أدخل الأنبوب من خلاله.
4. اضغط زر التشغيل لبدء ضخ الماء، واضغط مرة أخرى لإيقافه.
الضمان
* ضمان محدود لمدة سنتين.
* يُرجى الاحتفاظ بإثبات الشراء (الفاتورة، أو رسالة تأكيد الطلب، أو رقم الطلب) للاستفادة من الضمان.
* يشمل الضمان عيوب التصنيع عند الاستخدام الطبيعي للمنتج.
* لا يشمل الضمان الأعطال أو التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام، أو السقوط، أو سوء التخزين، أو التعديل أو الإصلاح من قبل جهة غير معتمدة، أو الاستخدام المخالف للتعليمات.
* لا يشمل الضمان التلف الناتج عن استخدام شاحن أو ملحقات غير متوافقة.

How to Use
1. Fully charge the device for approximately 2 hours before first use.
2. Connect the silicone tube to the device.
3. Attach the silicone bottle cap insert to the bottle opening, then insert the tube through it.
4. Press the power button to start the water flow, then press it again to stop.

* Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or order number) to claim the warranty.
* The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
* The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, use contrary to the instructions, or normal wear and tear.
* Damage caused by improper charging or the use of incompatible chargers or accessories is not covered.
* Accessories and consumable parts are not covered unless they have a manufacturing defect.
* Warranty claims cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.
* Loss or deletion of the receipt, order confirmation email, or order number is the customer’s responsibility.
* The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

يتم توصيل الطلبات المحلية في دولة الكويت خلال يوم إلى يومين عمل و الطلبات الخارجية تستغرق خمسة الى اربعة عشر يوم حسب الدولة.
تكلفة توصيل الطلبات المحلية ۲ دينار كويتي لكل المناطق عدا الجزر و المناطق البرية.
تكلفة الشحن للطلبات الدولية تعتمد على حسب الدولة و وزن و أبعاد المنتجات المطلوبة و سوف يتم التواصل مع العميل بعد إتمام عملية الطلب لإبلاغه بالتكلفة.
يمكن للعميل إسترجاع البضاعة او تبديلها او استرجاع مبلغ البضاعة بالكامل (ما عدا رسوم التوصيل) خلال 14 يوم.
من تاريخ الشراء طالما لم يتم فتح او تخريب المنتج و بشرط ان يكون المنتج بوضعه الجديد و قابل لإعادة البيع.
جميع البضاعة التي يتم توصيلها الى العملاء جديدة و في حالتها الاصلية (ما عدا منتجات قسم العلبة المفتوحة) و في حال وصولها بغير هذه الحالة يجب للعميل رفض استلامها.
.المنتجات المباعة من قسم العلب المفتوحة غير قابلة للإسترجاع كونها ليست جديدة
.يتم تاكيد الطلب بعد التاكد من توفر المنتج
.في حال عدم توفر المنتج او عدم صلاحية بيعه بسبب التلف او غيره يتم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل
جميع المنتجات مكفولة من الوكيل المحلي و في حال وجود اي خلل او عطل مصنعي يتوجب التوجه للوكيل المحلي مباشرة.
يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط المذكورة عند استلام الفاتورة.
Delivery within the state of Kuwait usually takes 1 to 2 working days and international delivery takes upwards of 5 to 14 days.
Local delivery charges are 2 KWD for all urban areas including chalets & farms.
International delivery charges are linked to the weight & dimensions of the products ordered and will be calculated after the order has been submitted.
Orders will only be confirmed after all the order's product have confirmed their availability.
Due to any error in the availability or the irregular condition of the product, the customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
Returns and refunds are possible (Except delivery charges) within 14 days of the purchase date if the product has not been damaged or opened and is in it's original condition.
All products delivered to customers are in their original sealed conditions (Except products sold on the B-STOCK collection)
Customers have to refuse any product delivered by the courier incase the product's are not in their original sealed conditions.
B-stock items are non refundable since they are not sold as new.
All products are under local distributor warranty policy, if it has a manufacture defect or failure. Please contact the dealer directly.
The Customer agrees on all the mentioned policies upon receiving the order.
