The uniquely designed long and flexible neck allows the smart phone to be accessed by the driver when the based mounted far from the driver or through complex surroundings. The neck is made with strong aluminum alloy and securely holds the mount which has three-sided arms with soft pads to gently but firmly hold smart phones of various sizes.The tough suction cup base provides a secure hold on the flattest surface such as dashboards, windshields, countertops, desks, tables and other surfaces except leather, vinyl and smooth surface.

Recommendations

• Avoid exposing it to high temperature sun for a long time.
• The suction cup can be restored in good condition by simply rinsing under running water and air drying.
• We recommend mounting it to the windshield for a stronger hold if your car's dashboard surface is leather or vinyl or smooth.

Installation Instructions

• Place the car mount in the optimal position, press down on the "LOCK" lever.
• Press the button on the back of the bracket to release the grip from both sides, then place the device on the bracket and tighten the grip together again with one hand.

Caution

• If your car dashboard surface is not smooth, but textured, please use 3M dash pad (Note: 3M dash pad is one time only).
• The product may not be compatible with some thick phones or thick case, check before buying.

Delivery within the state of Kuwait usually takes 1 to 2 working days and international delivery takes upwards of 5 to 14 days.

Local delivery charges are 2 KWD for all urban areas including chalets & farms.

International delivery charges are linked to the weight & dimensions of the products ordered and will be calculated after the order has been submitted.

Orders will only be confirmed after all the order's product have confirmed their availability.

Due to any error in the availability or the irregular condition of the product, the customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.

Returns and refunds are possible (Except delivery charges) within 14 days of the purchase date if the product has not been damaged or opened and is in it's original condition.

All products delivered to customers are in their original sealed conditions (Except products sold on the B-STOCK collection) 

Customers have to refuse any product delivered by the courier incase the product's are not in their original sealed conditions.  

B-stock items are non refundable since they are not sold as new.
