🛠️ Device Explanation and Operating Principle 

This electric heater operates by heating specially designed metal channels to provide hot and healthy air. This air is directed through the tube-sheathing section and fed into the tent or cabin through safe passages, while the exhaust gases are separated by a safe mechanical mechanism.

💡 How to Operate the Device (D10 Model)

1. Connecting the electricity: The device is operated by connecting it to electricity. If there is no remote control, the green POWER light located behind the device turns on after a delay.

2. Connecting the gas: Install the gas hose and open the gas regulator valve counterclockwise. (Make sure not to pull or tightly force the gas cylinder cap toward the cylinder when closing it.)

3. Operation with the remote control: If a remote control is available, press the ON button located behind the device. After 1 to 3 seconds, the white FIRE light on the device turns on automatically. Also check that the small burner flame inside the small oval opening is operating.

4. Connecting the hose: To extend the air-heating hose, pull it out of its compressed state (the longer the tube is, the more of it you will need to pull out).

5. Securing the hose: Connect the conical tube supplied with the device to the heater inlet with slight pressure, twisting, and firmly securing it (there is no need to use metal, plastic, or wire ties, or ......).

6. Operation without the remote control: To ensure that the heater operates, you can connect the thermostat to the device (note that operating the device without the remote control may cause loss of electrical power and create a problem).

7. Turning off the device: After finishing operation and without disconnecting any electrical wire from the device, the device will automatically perform an intelligent shutdown. A few minutes after closing the gas valve and allowing the burner flame (furnace) to cool, you can turn the device off completely and switch the power switch to OFF.

📱 Using the Remote Control and Adjusting the Settings

1. Suitable installation location: The remote control must be installed in a location away from dust and moisture.

2. Using the buttons: The remote control has two main buttons, ( + ) and ( - ), and a settings button (SET). These two buttons are used to adjust the settings; the (+ and -) buttons are used to change the settings, while the SET button is used to save and confirm.

3. Location and height: The remote control must be placed away from any direct heat source. The best location is in the middle of the tent, at a height of 30 to 60 centimeters from the tent floor.

4. Avoiding misleading heat sources: Because the remote control (thermostat) is highly sensitive, exposure to cold air currents or heat pockets, such as being near the stove or under warm airflow from the device, will cause an incorrect temperature reading and heat to escape from its surroundings.

5. Entering the settings mode: Press the SET button for two seconds. This enters the settings mode, where you can adjust the settings.

6. Restoring the factory settings: To return to the factory settings, press the SET button and use the (+) and (-) buttons to adjust the settings as follows:

1. Due to the danger of exhaust gases coming from the flue: Never place the device during operation in an enclosed location such as inside a tent, cabin, room, vehicle, or enclosed balcony. It must be placed in an open location or outdoors.

2. For safe use: The heater and gas cylinder must be in completely cool air. You must also ensure that the gas cylinder is placed at the front of the tent (in front of the heater inlet) and kept away from any other heat source.

3. Securing the tube/hose firmly to the heater's middle body: Make sure that the tube (hose) entering the heater body is positioned at the device's middle securing strap.

   • Securing the tube/hose to the device: Use special clips or plastic ties. It is strictly prohibited to use any type of wire or adhesive tape for this purpose.

4. Protection from rain or severe weather during use: Avoid using the device in severe weather conditions such as rain or wind.

   • If you must use it in these conditions: Use a cover that protects the device from rain and is also wind-resistant, and try to keep the device 2 to 3 centimeters away from the wind protector.

5. The heater body becomes very hot during operation: When using the heater, make sure to keep flammable materials away from the area around the heater and from every direction in front of the heater.

1. Connecting ignition wires to battery terminals: Care must be taken when connecting the ignition wires to the car battery terminals.

2. Use with solar power generators and generators: The device must not be used or operated with an unsuitable or old car battery (old and low-capacity), nor should non-factory-manufactured electrical parts be connected. This may endanger the heater and cause damage.

3. Cancellation of the three-year warranty:

   • The warranty becomes void due to the use of non-factory-manufactured (non-original) electrical wires, drilling holes in the heater body, welding parts onto it, or adding and installing electronic components....

4. Incompetent persons: This device is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities, or by individuals lacking experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed regarding its safe use.

5. Children: Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
   
   

   ❓ Frequently Asked Questions and Corrective Procedures 

    

   Number	Question	Procedure (Answer)
   1	There are problems with the electrical connection, loss of signal, and flickering of the burner flame check indicator (Check) and the rear indicator (notification) on the device. What is the reason?	It is necessary to ensure that there is no fluctuation or weakness in the electrical connection. If this occurs: Pull the outlet and air hose out of the tent or cabin, and reconnect the device's electrical power source. If there is no remote control, the device operates automatically after a short period. In this case, it starts operating in temperature-control mode and is disconnected by the notification system.
   2	After pressing the ON button located behind the device, the notification light does not turn on. What is the reason?	A: The adjustment button may have moved from its position, or the temperature sensor in the remote control may have been struck by hand, causing its temperature to rise. In this case, return the adjustment button and sensor to their normal positions.
   3	The POWER button does not turn off the device, but the ignition indicator (fire) remains lit. What is the reason?	A: a- The battery may be weak, or the gas cylinder valve may be open; check this. b- After confirming that the gas valve (gas tap) is open, make sure that the remote control is connected to electricity and protected from the external environment (cold, moisture, etc.), and therefore receives more electrical power than it needs.
   4	In very cold weather, I cannot use the small butane gas cartridge sold in stores because I cannot obtain good heat. What is the solution?	A: Because of the high pressure of the gas cartridge inside its body, there is a possibility that it could cause a gas leak and serious danger. At low temperatures (below 7 degrees Celsius), the cold reduces the pressure of the butane gas, preventing the device from operating efficiently. To avoid this problem: Always use a gas cartridge that is slightly warmer, and never place the gas cartridge inside the heating device.
   e- Can I use the device to heat a room or a large hall using a single cartridge?	A: No. This device is designed and prepared for outdoor operation. Due to the high amount of carbon monoxide gas, it is not permitted to place or operate it inside an enclosed room. When heating a larger area is required, place it outside the tent or cabin and bring only the hot-air hose inside.
   f- Do I need to worry about the heater body being placed outside the tent? Will it be damaged?	A: Since the heater body is specially designed, you can secure the handle and rear control lever inside the tent using a wire that can be attached to a vehicle or a part of the tent, etc.

Returns and refunds are possible (Except delivery charges) within 14 days of the purchase date if the product has not been damaged or opened and is in it's original condition.

All products delivered to customers are in their original sealed conditions (Except products sold on the B-STOCK collection) 

Customers have to refuse any product delivered by the courier incase the product's are not in their original sealed conditions.  

B-stock items are non refundable since they are not sold as new.
