  • Search for the DDPAI app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and Install it on your smart phone. Tap the Allow button in the Authorization Request pop-up that appears after opening the App store installation file, then tap ACCEPT.
  • Q2: Does it need to insert SD card? What SD card can I use?
  • This dash cam is built-in 64G eMMC storage inside. There is no need to insert the SD card on your dash cams now. It is more powerful than others dash cams in the market. You don't need to worry about whether it is enough to use. If you have any questions or need any support on the dash cam, please contact our after-sales freely.   • Q3: Why can not view live preview on App? How to fix it? How to Download Image/ Video Files?
  • Please confirm that you have updated your App to the newest version firstly. Then disable the cellular connection in your phone network settings.
  • You can download images in portrait and landscape mode by Taping, from here you can select image or video to download. After downloading, you can share it on social media or delete it.
  • Q4: Can not connect DDPai camera to DDPai android APP? Turn off "mobile data": Because unlike iOS, android system doesn't support Wi-Fi and mobile data simultaneously.
  • Q5: How to format the dash cameras by App?
  • Please hand formatted via DDPai App---ME---Settings---Camera Settings---Camera Storage Management---Format and confirm to format the recording. (Note: You need to back up any files you wish to keep before formatting. We recommend formatting the dash cam once every 2-3 weeks to keep your camera running smoothly if your DDPai Dash Cam is under heavy daily use.)

يتم توصيل الطلبات المحلية في دولة الكويت خلال يوم إلى يومين عمل و الطلبات الخارجية تستغرق خمسة الى اربعة
.عشر يوم حسب الدولة

.تكلفة توصيل الطلبات المحلية ۲ دينار كويتي لكل المناطق عدا الجزر و المناطق البرية 

 تكلفة الشحن للطلبات الدولية تعتمد على حسب الدولة و وزن و أبعاد المنتجات المطلوبة و سوف يتم التواصل مع  العميل بعد إتمام عملية الطلب لإبلاغه بالتكلفة

يمكن للعميل إسترجاع البضاعة او تبديلها او استرجاع مبلغ البضاعة بالكامل (معدا رسوم التوصيل) خلال 14 يوم
من تاريخ الشراء طالما لم يتم فتح او تخريب المنتج و بشرط ان يكون المنتج بوضعه الجديد و قابل لإعادة البيع

جميع البضاعة التي يتم توصيلها الى العملاء جديدة و في حالتها الاصلية  (ما عدا منتجات قسم العلبة المفتوحة)  و في حال وصولها بغير هذه الحالة يجب للعميل رفض استلامها.

المنتجات المباعة في قسم العلب المفتوحة غير قابلة للإسترجاع كونها ليست جديدة

.يتم تاكيد الطلب بعد التاكد من توفر المنتج 
.في حال عدم توفر المنتج او عدم صلاحية بيعه بسبب التلف او غيره يتم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل

جميع المنتجات مكفولة من الوكيل المحلي و في حال وجود اي خلل او عطل مصنعي يتوجب التوجه للوكيل المحلي مباشرة.

يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط المذكورة عند استلام الفاتورة.


Delivery within the state of Kuwait usually takes 1 to 2 working days and international delivery takes upwards of 5 to 14 days.

Local delivery charges are 2 KWD for all urban areas including chalets & farms.


International delivery charges are linked to the weight & dimensions of the products ordered and will be calculated after the order has been submitted.

Orders will only be confirmed after all the order's product have confirmed their availability.

Due to any error in the availability or the irregular condition of the product, the customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.

Returns and refunds are possible (Except delivery charges) within 14 days of the purchase date if the product has not been damaged or opened and is in it's original condition.

All products delivered to customers are in their original sealed conditions (Except products sold on the B-STOCK collection) 

Customers have to refuse any product delivered by the courier incase the product's are not in their original sealed conditions.  

B-stock items are non refundable since they are not sold as new.

All products are under local distributor warranty policy, if it has a manufacture defect or failure. Please contact the dealer directly.


The Customer agrees on all the mentioned policies upon receiving the order.
